OUR APPROACH

MISSION

At Eco Bamboo - East Africa, our mission is to supply high-quality, sustainably sourced bamboo to global markets while empowering local farmers and promoting eco-friendly practices. We aim to bridge the gap between East Africa’s abundant bamboo resources and the growing international demand for sustainable raw materials, fostering economic growth and environmental stewardship.

VISION

Our vision is to become a leading, vertically integrated bamboo enterprise in East Africa, transforming raw bamboo into high-value products for global markets. We strive to build a self-sustaining business model that controls the entire supply chain—from cultivation to processing—while contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.

GOAL

We aim to establish ourselves as a reliable exporter of bamboo poles, slats and chips building strong partnerships with local farmers in E.Africa to ensure a consistent supply. As we grow, we plan to establish demonstrative farms to serve as resource centers for our out-growers, enabling them to adopt best practices in cultivation, improve quality, and enhance sustainability.
